Refund policy:
We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on our products. All order discrepancies’ must be dealt with within 30 days of invoice date. Please call customer service at (800) 679-3027, in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Any allowed refunds are at the sole discretion of Zorex International.

Returns:
If any product is to be returned, we ask that it be within 30 days of the invoice date. ALL returns must be authorized by Zorex International to ensure credit for products. Packing list or invoice must accompany returns. We will NOT accept any products that have been tagged, stickered, written on, opened or expired. All order discrepancies' must be dealt with within 30 days of invoice date. All allowed returns are at the sole discretion of Zorex International.
